Properties / Fascinating Façade Of A 5 Bedroom Duplex by nobleman20(m): 9:41am On Mar 10, 2022
Our recent Architectural Design project is a Twin 3 Bedroom Duplex.

o
One of our task was to work with the slope of the site. It was very challenging but we collected the right data on site and worked with it perfectly to design the duplexes.

The duplex was of a contemporary style of architecrure featuring low stair path lights, large fully openable windows, functional spaces and aesthetically sound exterior views.

Properties / Save Your Money, Save Your Life!!! by nobleman20(m): 5:05am On Jul 17, 2019
A building can be painted 100% green and it remains RED or BLACK!

So what makes your building green?

Your building is green when you don't have to switch on the Air conditional before you enjoy thermal comfort.

Your building is green when you don't have to put on your phone touch to walk in the lobby in the day!

Your building is green when you have vegetations well designed and planted around.

Your building is green when it is still functional and comfortable to you even without power supply.

Is your building green?

Green building saves your money and it saves your life.

Let's go green!

We can help you go green. Let's talk about your next project.

Land they say is a free gift of nature. This statement is actually meant to be true but it's not true. Nations spills blood for land and the ones in power makes it difficult to get, so you have a plot of hand where you can build, it's not free, you pay for it with your money.

But then, we always want to make the best return out of the piece we acquired. Yes, if a land is well managed, it could accommodate the function you purpose it to be.

This design here is the design of a semidateched duplex on just a plot of land. The spaces are standard and ventillafion is good. Besides the fact that this design help save cost of construction, if affords you the chance to have more unbult area to accommodate other facilities.

You can talk to us about your land and your proposed project and we are sure to give you a design that will ensure you have the best value for money.

Business / Re: How Would You Finish This Building? by nobleman20(m): 7:11pm On May 13, 2018
nobleman20:
If you are the client or an architect for this beautiful building? What would be your choice of finishing materials? Be detailed enough, textures, colour, etc.

Don't spoil the building with ugly finishes o.

Finishes either brings out the glory or covers the glory of a building. A very good floor plan design with poor finishing will look ugly. Often times, when sighted, the beauty of the floor plan is often ignored because of the terrible look. Don't let that be your building.

Sometimes, even with the creative combination of regular paint finishes... You can achieve a beautiful level of finishing. Indeed good finishes are mostly costly and at the same time, poor finishes could be costly too.

Why not just get a professional to handle your building projects instead of telling baba lookman to supply you green roof with red emulsion paint for your exterior.

Don't forget to leave your answer to this question:

Properties / Re: Kitchen Design Tips by nobleman20(m): 5:38am On Apr 30, 2018
nobleman20:
I can imagine clients saying... I want my kitchen to be very big! So it will be airated or so they can move very freely. Yeah, but some get a big kitchen but still does not satisfy the client.

Are they right? Yes...its not bad to have a spacious kitchen, as long as you are rich enough to acquire the space. Good news! You can have a small space with big style.

Before you embark on a kitchen project....ask yourself these questions:

1. Where will my raw foods be stored?
2. How would I like my work flow in the kitchen?
3. What is the position, size and design of my window?.
4. How fast can I extract heat from the kitchen?
5. Where will the ingredients, tools and utensils be stored so I can access quickly?
6. What is the best floor finish for my kitchen?
7. Where do I locate my doors and which direction do they open to?
8. How do I light my kitchen?

Design is broad and dynamic so obviously there are more questions to ask. But I can assure you, if you answer these questions correctly. You will have very functional kitchen.

At NobleStudeouz, we are design pros. We answer to questions like this and we can help you turn your dream kitchen to reality.

Check the kitchen design picture for my contact and let's talk.

Nairaland / General / ...most Beautiful, Not Necessarily The Most Expensive... by nobleman20(m): 6:01am On Jan 20, 2018
One of the things that makes our heart beat so fast about building projects is the
craziness of the design. We think, "this is too beautiful but I cant afford it's cost". we
then call Baba brikila (as THEY say on site, lol). We tell the mason to give us a simple
straight design, not costing much.

You see, sometimes the most beautiful things are not the most expensive, and the most
expensive not the most beautiful. Beautiful things can be achieved within your budget.
To achieve this, adequate planning has to be made and utmost attention must be given to
every detail. This is why you need a professional to handle your building project.

You can talk to us about your building projects.
