I have been trying to create my UKVI account to link or get my e-visa, but I cannot receive the SMS from UKVI.
What other options should I try ?

Just use the email option only. When they ask for phone number, input it and wen otp didn't come up, skip it. You can use only email.

Pls, someone should help with UKVI account for evisa. OTP is not delivering to my phone number only email. I've tried my two phone numbers, still no OTP.
