* - As-shaykh, imam Al-hassan bn Ali Albarbahary never divided Bi'diah and he put it as " every Bi'diah is Kufur". Non of the Salaf scholars who did the sharh of the book ever denied that.

* - Also imam Muzani never divided bidiah in kitaab sunnah lil Muzani, he stated " if he commit any form of Bi'diah he's out of the fold of Islam".
No single scholar ever deny his generalization of Bi'diah to take one out of the fold of Islam.

When many scholars reach those places in their book they just put it that, many scholars divided bidiah. But non of them never tongue lashed and attacked because no single reference to divide Bi'diah latter scholars just do.
Funnily, one of the preachers here in Nigeria " prof. Aláró" who usually found among innovators such as ikhwanist and other Ahlu Dolaal once asserted that " some scholars did not divide Bi'diah while majority did". Majority do not determine reference in the deen.

* Shaykh muhd Baz'mul. (sharh fadl islam).
* shaykh Raddaady (author of sharh barbahary).
* Shaykh Al-qattaani (sharh barbahary).
* shaykh barbahary (himself).
* shaykh muzani (himself).

Funnily, Prof. Aláró here in 🇳🇬 who belongs to everywhere and any anywhere (hadahullah) also testified that some scholars did not divide Bi'diah but they're not plenty. Where do plentifulness become reference in the deen. Allah do not ascribe reality, genuineness or goodness to being plenty.
