Just downloaded it, works perfectly. Tested with dissidia and persona 3 portable and they worked glitch free at 30fps all through. www.ppsspp.org. Access from your phone or your computer for instructions. I tested it with a samsung galaxy note 2 (N7100). On a gpu scale, this would be slightly higher than an s3 but lower than an s4 so if it doesn't work as well for you, maybe consider upgrading. Of course there's still the button/touchscreen controls problem but if you can get past that, then definitely give this emulator a try. I don't think your phone needs to be rooted to install it but some feedback would be nice. Its also available for windows pcs and jailbroken iphones according to the homepage. I have now succeeded in emulating the psp on a laptop, a vita and a samsung android phone. I'm so proud of me.

Affordables in Ikeja. I saw it (S4 mini) a couple of days ago for 62k. I don't know about the HTC but you can probably find it there too.

Thanks Bawss1. I personally don't think 14 games on a vita for 45k is a bad deal but maybe that's just me. Maybe i'm just dumb like that.

I have a dell xps L501x with an intel core i3 processor, 3hr battery life, JBL subwoofer speakers, 4GB RAM, 320Gig Hard drive, Nvidia GeForce GT 420M GPU, and Dedicated video memory: 1024 MB DDR3. Hasn't failed me once, i've played games like skyrim and arkham city at maximum graphics without 1fps reduction in framerate. Even runs emulators like the ps2's pcsx2 and the gamecube and nintendo wii's dolphin emulator without a problem.
