PROCEDURE: TTO NIGERIA WATER TO GHANA WATER

1. Seller send SPA as well as vessel details to buyer for tracking

2. Buyer sign and returns SPA with ATB/NOR format including accredited NNPC supercargo and inspectors details, and a scan copy of a manager's cheque of N2M (Two Million Naira Only). ACCOUNT DETAILS TO RECEIVE MANAGERS CHEQUE OF N2M

BANK: DIAMOND BANK.
MATB AND CLEARANCE WILL BE ISSUED UPON CONFIRMATION OF THE MANAGER'S CHEQUE FROM BUYER'S BANK. 
Note: The Hard copy of the manager's cheque must be left with buyers account officer. THE MANAGER'S CHEQUE IS ONLY TO SHOW THE BUYER'S COMMITMENT

3. Seller confirms the manager's cheque and issues MATB and Clearance and take buyer's team on board.

4. Upon boarding and receive of attestation, buyer pays N10million cash into seller's account IMMEDIATELY FOR LOGISTCES TO:
ACCOUNT NAME: SWT OIL AND GAS LIMITED.
BANK NAME: DIAMOND BANK PLC
ACCOUNT NO: 0093974708.
and blocks N50m in his account in favour of seller to move cargo to Ghana waters for QnQ.

5. Upon arrival in Ghana waters, Seller makes announcement in buyer's name and boards buyer's inspector. Once inspector comes down with sample of product the BF crystallizes to Cash in seller's account. 

6.Upon successful QnQ result, documentations are made in buyer's name.

7. Buyer makes full payment by Swift Wire Transfer via Swift MT103 within 72hrs less all initial logistics paid, Seller's releases cargo document in buyer's name and presentation of the original shipping documents to the buyer and vessel sails to buyer's POD 

8. Next transaction begins.
