Wow! All of a sudden this seems like Haliburton diss thread. Like why are y'all going so hard on this dude for? who did he offend? He might not be a superstar but hes a star and that's just fine...jeeezz.. |
It's ok, their rule, just obey it. I wanted to go off on the university but then I realised this present generation, majority of them wear wrong clothes and accessories to formal places so this is a good injunction. As for the kissing and hugging, that's not necessary but i believe the school has a better understanding of their students hence the ruling. |
The genesis of this situation was when the opposition imported ppl (mostly of Hausa/Fulani stock or those sympathetic to those ethnicity) from Chad, Niger, Mali, Burkina Faso and other Sahel countries in inorder to vote out (even if its by baboon blood) Jonathan in the 2015 presidential elections. This is not heresy, even El Rufai admitted to this contraption. Now These guys weren't settled (financially majorly) and now they have now settled in Nigeria causing more mayhem seeking for the compensation they were due. Oh and of course certain political/government elements are currently sponsoring them for reasons yet known to majority of us...and yes these elements are definitely from the Northern stock. Ever since I was small I have never heard of a bloody Farmers/Herders clash talk less of clash...but ever since Buhari entered...from the year 2017 it became rampant... this is one of the main reasons till today ppl associate APC as an evil blood thirsty party.. |
Roland17:Yeah it's a very good move from them considering they've been at the lower parts of the 3pt shooting percentage and attempts for like the past 4-5 years or so.. but if they can also add another at least 35% 3 point shooter that would at least really make them solid in the 3pt game. Infact KCP was supposed to alleviate those concerns last 2 years when gotten from Denver but he was so-so last year with those metrics and this season he was completely invisible. My main question tho is what's Memphis plan with JJJ and Morant? Cos like are they tryna rebuild or they gonna add another strong piece cos it doesn't make sense to have those two on a rebuilding team.. |
Pls am confused. How exactly were they electrocuted? Were they touching a conductor or what? |
aliondo:Oh snap! How can I forget DeRozan, Durant... especially DeRozan.. DeRozan is my guy, love him! |
aliondo:Did you see that shot were it looked like he was falling then quickly he pulled up and shot the middy! At that point I was like, yep this guy will be a force down the years. Mid range God!!! Yo how many mid range superstars do we have presently? Y'all know? I can only think of Booker rn.. |
A40:The Pacers were very flat in the 4Q. It seems they got tired early or just didn't have anyone to be the Man. Hali tried then but yeah..he still is inherently a pass first guard.. 2-2.. And now the odds swing mightily back to the OKC.. |
A40:Am sad for him, he usually is a very good free throw shooter. That's the clutch moment for ya, separates the stars from the norms. |
Oh and for those who don't really fancy the mid season NBA cup.. Isn't it weird that we have two beaten finalist of the last two editions in this Finals.. To me it shows that the NBA cup can be an early platform to show a really serious team.. Although I would prefer the NBA cup to be at least extend all the way to before the NBA All star or its finals at the NBA All star wknd. |
A40:And Free throws.. SGA has rested enough,he really needs to go hard this 4Q.. But damn Nembhard really do be a pest on him, I didn't realise Andrew is that much of a defensive stalwart |
A40:He's talented,no doubt. He'll be alright with time, most especially if he wins this championship. OKC literally can't find their 3pt shot...not looking good for em.. |
A40:Doesn't drive enough to the paint and when he is in the paint its mostly to get assists.. |
Roland17:I totally get you Man. Especially on the Era part. And you only just endorsed my fact with the Era part..as of now the West is tougher than the East, it is what it is.. But lol with those matchups you put, the west will still get the most wins.. Thunder will beat Cavs WEST Nuggets will beat Pacers WEST Clippers will beat Bucks WEST But that's my opinion tho'. Anyways today is the real finals..can't wait! |
Roland17:I beg to differ Sir on just your fact that Pacers are the best in the league. Pacers are very good but they are not the best in the league. Infact I want to say smth that might sound outlandish but maybe not so much... "If Pacers were to go through the West, I seriously doubt they would be reppin the West". |
When it was confirmed that Pacers would matchup with OKC, my guy was like oh Shai would have an absolute stellar year with the trophy..I was like calm down small oh, this Pacers, tho not as fancy as OKC but they can really win this ish... On Friday, we shall all by consensus know who gon win this ish.. |
Ok. I would love for all of them to rep Nja but if I had to pick it will be Koleosho, Nwaneri, Chukwuemeka and Ugochuwkwu. And most of these names would likely play for us down the line when they don't get to play for their adopted Nation.. All in all its fair on both sides. |
Everything they did is spot on except branding a face on the bag of rice..it's not necessary. |
I can relate. Yes I know money is involved. But does it mean the electricity companies don't have money for instances like this? How can you be aware of a transformer malfunction and literally have no means to get it back within a week or so. Sometimes I just can't for this country.. I wish at least 50 million Nigerians can go and live for just one year in a 1st world country and come back.. When you see instances like this, it's then you realise that our mentality is really poor and we emphasize more on primitive things than things that can actually move us forward in respect to the change in times...ah sigh.. |
It's fair.. They were seriously outplayed and less motivated during his past 2 months on the EPL front. It was shocking! It's a somehow somehow sack but I think it makes sense. . |
Bestwt001:While he does raise a valid point, I believe you and I both know that Nigeria firstly isn't a fair country when it comes to giving different ppl from different backgrounds a fair chance at certain opportunities. That being said, the fact that the president and VP are Moslems is a daily constant slap to the numerous 9ja Xtians...so while most Xtians live with this anomaly, Moslems have only like 2 weeks and they will forget about the lack of "Free Trains" in this period. |
At this point it's beginning to look like a normal thing seeing PO going to places of recent bereavements and lending support. If na Benue State Government, they for tell am to go back! ![]() |
Oga You've already won the war, what's with this emotional snippet? |
This is a good initiative especially on the last day of the month, so that someone wanting to quit can do so from June 1st. Well I just smoked Esse Change this morning and I already had in mind to go cold turkey, so this article is another very good sign for me to stop smoking from June 1st. ✅ |
One of the various benefits of a heterogeneous population. Proudly Deltan. |
mactoni91:Isreal and USA are eternal friends, more like family members if you ask me. They will never fight each other to the extent of their Leaders beefing, talkless of severing ties or war. |
Our circadian rhythms are affected by environment as well. |
He's very right. Last week I used a certain bank Merchant POS Terminal in my place of business for 3 different transactions. 2 transactions were credited to my account the next business day but the 3rd one which had the biggest amount didn't enter, I reached out to my Bank POS rep, she said she will make a complain.. Did you know that it took exactly 5 business days before that certain amount dropped, meaning that if I hadn't made a complain, very likely that money wouldn't drop... These traditional banks and their affiliates are bit time organised criminals but that's another story for another thread. |
Another rainy season in Nigeria equals to.. Flooding in Urban areas due to poor drainage systems or non existing drainages. Jail breaks due to dilapidated prison buildings. Roads not tarred evolving into sink holes. Falling down of buildings not constructed within the right building policy and lack or minimal supervision from the appropriate building authorities. I stated this because this are recurrent scenarios that play out every year since I was small. It's as if we don't learn in this country, all we do is to be reactive. Well at least Power generation threshold increases. All in all Rainy season is the best to me. |
BS! Only in depth FCT residents/civil servants know that this guy ain't shit! All this road construction is just a smoke screen, this Man is aware of a lot of MDAs are not working and has refused to alleviate their problems despite sending his SSAs to those offices. And the only reason why a certain majority of FCT residents will praise him is because the former Minister of FCT was so inept that even if Wike puts out a new traffic light, he will be applauded. |
