the score, aggregate, remark,, etc. I want to be able to say what they mean or stand for. Please help.

Just got my Pume result for UNN and its as follows:

First Subject: ENG=4
Second Subject: MAT=7
Third Subject: PHY=5
Forth Subject: CHE=5

My score on 60 is 21, my aggregate score on 400 is 140 and my JAMB score is 221.
My department is Mechanical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering. Remarks is 12781.

Please someone explain this my result to me cause i don't understand it at all. Please. tell me if I have chances of gaining admission. Please help o-o-o.
