Please has anyone received appointment letter?

No one's name is being replaced, they've completed their process and have their list of prospective recruits.... Thing is powerful people are trying hard to smuggle in names, but the management OF NNPC isn't bending so far. The only reason it's delaying is because the management is in a struggle with Powerful people.

If person post info, problem, if person no post problem. Like it or not I was told it should be out in October, except sth comes up. FYI people's name are being replaced, thats why I said the politics is intense.
