Its not a Pastor or deliverance you need rightaway. At the moment any attempt at the so cold deliverance will be abortive. The reason being that your heart is not right. You dont seem to realise that fornication, which is what you have been living in, is a sin.
The existence or non existence of a spirit wife is non issue right now. The deliverance you need right now is deliverance from sin. You need to confess your sins to God and accept Jesus into your life.
Then find a bible believing church where you can grow (I would advice you avoid churches that preach posperity sunday after sunday).
When you gave done this, you can go ahead and meet your pastor in the church you have joined and narrate your experience.
Even if you dont go for deliverance, so long as you keep away from sin/fornication, and continue to grow in faith and knowledge in Jesus, these dreams would stop.
As a doctor you know wet dreams are normal but they must not be associated with vivid dreams of intercourse. So you will know when your free. I hope this helps. God's grace
