No, it shouldn't. You can turn ur app to exe file using innosetup and py2exe. The app can then be installed on any system. I've tried it with wxpython before, so it should also work for tkinter.

have an OCA in JAVA , Learnt C with Linux. It's not about number of programming languages you know though. What matters is how fluent you are with them. What matters MOST is knowing how to solve problems. Na there be the real koko. Seeing a problem, breaking it down to little parts, and building a solution from the pieces.
