The task is possible at two inter-connected and inter-related levels, Viz, internal and external.
INTERNAL
The ultimate goal must be to provide an environment that is stable and conducive to the pursuit of economic undertakings directed at satisfying the needs of an improved quality of life and living. The present practice wherein a high interest is charged on agricultural loan cannot be regarded as calculated to achieve the goal of national development.
Eradicating of poverty therefore, requires a systematic effort geared at fully exploiting our agricultural resources and maximizing the utilization of the installed capacity in our industries. In addition to this, government must strive to totally liberate the creative energies of our people. One of the most important means of doing this is for government to concentrate on the provision of highly improved infrastructural facilities especially of transportation, communication and energy to ensure that these are constantly maintained in a good state of repair.
It is important to maintain a consistency of policy over as sufficiently long period, to inculcate a strong sense of operational discipline and promote a high level of financial accountability. It is particularly important that there must be a consensus on the minimum welfare package for the people that is compatible with the investment needs of the economy if the development effort is to be sustained at a high level of performance on a long-term basis.

EXTERNAL
Undoubtedly, our huge external debt exerts a severaly crippling effect of the productive capacity and capability of the economy. Unfortunately, Our ostentatious style of living, our extravagant and wasteful expenditure, our excessive corruption pattern are not such that would induce our creditors to consider giving us any substantial debt relief. There must also be a vital financial infrastructure conducive to the free flow of funds and also the vertical and horizontal diversification and expansion of the local investment base. It must be seen only as a supplement to local investment. As such, the atmosphere must first be made conducive and congenital for local investors if the country is sincere and serious about attracting foreign investors. Democracy will thrive, when poverty, in all it's different faces are eliminated or drastically reduced.

So I got up in search of books about magic to buy, when I saw a book seller, selling books on the floor,I stood in search of books about magic.
My search ended when is saw this book "The secret_The magic" by Rhonda Byrne.®️
A book written with a life time experience with people in respect for Thankfulness and Gratitude to God and respect for mankind.🖼️🎨🖌️
I took the book immediately and paid Three thousand one hundred naira 3️⃣1️⃣0️⃣0️⃣for the book, well I don't know why the hundred naira was added but I paid for it and took it.📙
I can never stop reading that book even when am happy or sad, at the back of the book i started writing numerological numbers in multiple sequences.🖋️🎲3️⃣6️⃣9️⃣🔟🗝️✔️
