As I earlier explained to EndtimeBlessing, the houses have not been built yet. Our mission is to provide low cost but quality housing to Nigerians.
One of the ways we achieve that is to get funds from 100 interested buyers and then build in bulk. Note that you do not have to pay us the initial deposit. All you need to do is fund your own account with our partner banks (First Bank and UBA) with the N1.5m initial deposit. We will not deduct it until your HOME unit is ready.
