I didn't o.... I was part of the early birds that got served love letter. I was even doubtful because my course of study wasn't among those listed that they needed. They were quite specific about it and I believe they took it into consideration too.

A fresh graduate of shell shouldnt earn less than 24m per year. All inclusive.
There are so many allowances and grants for shell staffs. Its a world class job.

I am currently in shell and in fact i have many of them as friends male and female.
Shell will recruit 47 to 50% female and 50 % male in this program this year,for gender equality.
So its not only academic competency.
There are other things to balance.
