pls i was sent a message to reupload my passport that the one i used wasnt clear.I did as instructed and it was changed immediately but after a week or there about i loged in to see that my passport had been removed.what do i do?

I am a graduate awaiting service but busy doing something little now. I am kinda scared of the labour market . I studied Eletrical /Electronics Engineering and graduated with a cool 2.1. academically I am good but practically not cool.
