there's nothing serious about it, it will prolly be an interview with the of head of department and they ask you normal interview questions. E.g why should we hire you? how much is current salary? what's your expected salary? what do you know about IE and maybe questions tailored to your role. Just be yourself, the interviewers are very nice.

please when did you receive the mail for final interview? i have not heard from them after my medicals
