Litmus: Respond to the North Korea conundrum, fastpokeAs I didn't consider an exchange of post with you will make for an intelligent discussion or an educative one for that matter, I have decided not continue to reply to your posts. |
Rossikk: India power cutsYou didn't disappoint me, you've only managed to successfully disappoint yourself, if there is any dignity and or pride in you and if I were you I would refrain from further posts. So you can conveniently list Egypt as an example of a least corrupt country? And that is why the people of Egypt had not tried to depose a president that had ruled them for more than three decades? Indonesia, India? Kenya? really? what are you? where did you study? how can these be a standard for comparison of least of corrupt country? Even I was in Malta for holiday, before I arrived I had researched information about the country and Malta is regarded as one of the most corrupt country in the EU, it wasn't surprising I experienced a 7 hours electricity disruption during my 2 months stay. But believe me for the past 10 years that I have been in north Europe, I haven't experienced a minute electricity disruption. I am not surprised by you, you are the type of person who can never be wrong. |
Litmus: So to you corruption can be summed up by 24 hours electricity supplyAnd assuming we aren't too corrupt as we are right now wouldn't we be able to light up this country on a constant basis? I would assume you have not been outside of your state let alone visiting our tiny neighbours? Yes not being able to afford to generate constant electricity is a vivid example of a corrupt country, please prove me wrong by citing an example, slowpoke. |
Rossikk: With your atrocious spelling you managed to escape the ''90%'' and can afford to post online and surf. With all the effort you put in to upload these pictures, you had to ruin your hard work with disturbing assessment of the Nigeria situation, you are beginning to sound condescending and corrupt with these type of comment. If you interpret being able to afford to surf the internet as an epitome of a country doing good, you must the biggest joke of April. In as much as people like you would go any length to be right at no cost, it's not worth disagreeing with you in the first place. You appear as someone who will never accept they are wrong even when they appear obviously wrong. So Nigeria is not corrupt then? We enjoy 72 hours electricity for the start, as oppose to Washington who are so corrupt they cannot afford to light the city for a constant 24hr period? |
justwise: ignorance is bliss for real, the bill that is yet to be signed into law is against gay marriage and public display of affection by gay people, that law is not against people being gay or having sexual relationship by gay people, get the different before you continue making fool of yourself.Justwise are you sure you know what you are talking about? GAY MARRIAGE? Nigeria is not the UK you do understand, we as a people do not even recognize GAY people in civil partnership let alone talking about GAY marriage. Government interference in football is not enshrined in our law is it? This is law it is not the same as Govt interference in football. I say go back to your travel section to promote your childish drivel. |
justwise: You just managed to post rubbish about a bill you know little about, who told you that signing that bill into law will prevent lesbian players from playing for Nigeria? Tell me any part of that bill that state that since your little jelly fish brain is deceiving you again today as usual.Yes I agree I know little about this bill in question, it would help if you could point out how countries like Iran, Iraq, Indonesia, would be be kicked out too for not allowing lesbianism in their female national team. Just as well you really do not know much about international affair just stay at your travel section and do not post on things which is beyond your understanding. Could you also provide a link to support your argument on the FIFA rule on sexual discrimination which has been in place for a decade long? I tell you FIFA does not have the balls to kick the Nigeria female team out if this is our law then it is our law. I for one, and so many in this country will not allow some fat men with belly pots in Switzerland to dictate to our elected legislators, I know this is not a problem for you, FIFA knows the gravity of kicking us out and will dare not. If homosexuality is to become illegal in Nigeria, would the female national team be excluded from that law, a separate law will apply to them simply because FIFA says that? |
justwise: FIFA will kick Nigeria female team out of many international competitions because of this and Nigeria can't do shit about it.You don't have to comment on things which you do not have sufficient knowledge of, FIFA cannot kick out Nigeria female team as you claimed, there is a court that will indeed overturn that decision if FIFA will ever take that action, or in your little world you think the FIFA is answerable to no one? If the President signs the bill, homosexuality will become a crime in the country, FIFA cannot overturn the decision of elected legislators. I just hate it when you spout nonsense for the sake of it. |
Thank God I have left the madness in the country for good in a long time, I don't even come for holiday, for anyone thinking sanity will return to the country, I tell you to keep dreaming , I am not from Epe, but I grew up there, to hear the sad story about demolition is worrying to be honest. I pray for more of this misfortune to continue, perhaps the weak Nigerians will wake from their sleep? I regret having any link with this generation of mediocre, foolish ugly leaders, scum voters, completely below average set of people, why the heck will anyone even come out to vote for any of these people? I know you are all weak and scared of being shot, but no one will come and drag your asses from bed if you refuse to go out and pass your votes on election day? yeye people, they will all come on NL with big grammars with no connection on what's being discussed spouting complete nonsense. |
Baba_Eleko: Na God go punish both the giver and the illuminati receiver. ;(Thanks, may devil answer that prayer, God is merciful so I say devil in this case to get a fast result |
OLEEEEEEEEEEEEE BARAWOOOOOOOOOOOO. MONKEY BROTHER, CHIMP The Nigerian president spent $1million of aid money to entice international popstars such as Beyonce and Jay-Z to perform at a music festival in the poverty-stricken country, a media source reported. A letter stamped and signed by Bayelsa State officials in 2006 revealed that President Goodluck Jonathan, then the Governor of the state, released 150million Nigerian Nairas from the state’s poverty alleviation fund for the inaugural ThisDay Music Festival in the city of Lagos in 2006, according to SaharaReporters. The document surfaced after reality TV star Kim Kardashian was reportedly paid $500,000 (£329,695) for a fleeting appearance in Lagos last week, angering Nigerian commentators. abifoluwa: yeah, george of the jungle, are you related to george of the jungle?I like you a lot ![]() |
Hamilton for me. He surely will win it this season |
the_ripper: US, abeg , una fit make am next week. No need to ask Jona anytin, just locate Borno and Yobe first for our map. Then una fit start with d oda Boko states. How does this makes for a sensible comment? Calling for an undemocratic terrorist country to invade our airspace and indiscriminately destroy infrastructures? who the heck are these Americans? this is more reason why lagos just need to stand on her own and leave the rest of Nigerian states to deal with their problems. I am seriously hurt at the prospect of these albeit is just a suggestion it just goes to show what a non country we have become. |
valicious1: You're simply blinded by jealousy & ignorance which has also blocked ur sense of reasoning. That Ngeria won miss world amongst other things is not an achievement?. Mr man if u are nigerian then u 're one hell of a sadist & antagonist. If u're not nigerian, kindly put down the name of ur miserable country let's make comparisons. Until you do that, I won't respond anymore to the posts of a myopic illiterate like you.Odeskie, miss world is a national achievement or an individual's? mumu, her winning miss world was down to what exactly? the Nigerian govt had made any contributions or support to enable her achieve the miss world title? And again how much was awarded to the Nigerian govt just bcoz her citizen won miss world? And how much was awarded to the winner herself? oponu ayerada |
queenyetty09: Firstly no airline will take u without ur international passport. Its advisable u visit d naija high commission in UK n get ETC dats Emergency Travel Certificate which u will use n it will be collected frm u wen u get to naijaI appreciate your input, I am however not in any situation warranting the need for such documents. It is more of a general discussion as I have seen british, Irish, Germans et al admitted in to their respective countries with just a birth certificate, although this is not widely encouraged but they sure must admit them into their countries in cases where individual appear not to have a valid passport for travel. I have read situations whereby children, or people who are Nigerians and have not yet obtained a Nigerian passport been issued a visa on their European passports before commencing a journey onward to Nigeria. For example a British citizen cannot and will not be issued a visa to enter the United Kingdom, I do not know the Nigerian Border services operative on such matters, is it down to the ignorance of the children parents/individual? or this is indeed the standard procedure. |
Do you guyz think a Nigerian entering Nigeria from the UK say for example without a passport, but with a national identity card be admitted into the country? And if so on what grounds would they be admitted? |
