Clearly if the Land was acquired by illegal means and is not designated a military land, then Wike can act to retrieve it. We will see how it plays out.

As for gullibility, i think the gullible ones are Wike and supporters who actually believe that whatever Land Wike revokes and recovers will be forever.

There's a Land here almost opposite Mercy Land owned by the NAPL. The governor has no control over that land because the Land use act excludes control over Federal Lands.
