Hi My Name is Engr Ohabata Ben Alamo, I live at lekki phase 1, am a land agent and what you are asking for is available but the owner have it of 3 plots in one land mark and he is not selling them one by one, he sells all at once.

There have been several people i have taken to the land but the issue is that the man want to sell them at once for one individual. if it is something you will have time from this evening today, then call me let us go and inspect the land and the environment. if you can convince the man to portion out one plot for you then you are lucky because it near the express road. A plot of land goes for 1.2m.
