Gas explosions are not a new thing in Ghana. Just even a few years back, lots of lives were lost during a Blast at Circle (a very popular place in Ghana). Some Nigerian lives have been lost in such explosions. The Ghana Government is doing very little to enforce laws that would reduce such risks.
