People who don’t know anything about the situation just be talking trash in the comments. To the person who said “his parents sent him to school, what’s he doing in a BDSM themed party”, first of all, it wasn’t a BDSM-themed party, it was a cruise and the person who invited him owns a BDSM club. The comments under this are quite aggravating. Most of you are people who aren’t even in Ukraine and you really don’t know how people get treated here. The only difference is that these don’t make it to the international news. So refrain from saying things you don’t know about. It’s disrespectful to the real people who are actually being affected by this. This is not the first or second or third time something like this is happening. All you know is what you hear but only the people here actually know the facts. So just stop. I’ve studied in Ukraine for 5 years and have never and won’t ever advice anyone to come here, but of course you can if you wish. Also, the reason people are being so skeptical about this is because of the fact that she lied about making a police report when she didn’t. Who would do that if something suspicious didn’t go down? Those involved aren’t even being forthcoming with information. Also, they said he went for a “swim in the water”! First of all, this was the damn BLACK SEA and four miles off the coast, for that matter. Secondly, Obari can’t swim. So does it really make sense that a person who couldn’t swim jumped into the sea for fun, without a life jacket on?!! In essence, don’t say what you don’t know.
