The project included an introduction to the operation of a simple Robot as the students were shown how it responds to color, sound and presence of an obstacle thereby opening up their minds to robotics which is viewed as an integral part of future technologies.

The students were engaged in a career talk session with representatives from various fields such as Medicine, Law, Engineering, Accounting, Architecture, Building, estate management, Quantity surveying, Surveying and Geo-informatics and Urban and regional planning. Each session was interactive with the representatives taking questions from the students and also advising and intimating them on some basic requirements needed to study the said courses and the expectations and challenges they could encounter in the course of their study. #

As part of skill acquisition the students were taught on how to produce liquid soap practically and a set of the materials needed for the production was donated to the school to aid practice by the students. A debate competition was also conducted between the SS1 and SS2 students on the topic “Entrepreneurship is more profitable than paid job”. This was done to make the students delve more into the benefits of entrepreneurship and all participants were rewarded with notable prizes.

ADDITIONAL PROJECTS
• Painting of the internal and external surfaces of school hall.
• Donation of 37 motivational books to the school library to instill a can-do mindset in the students.
• Donation of waste baskets to the school for effective sanitation.
• Donation of wall clock to the school and the education district 1.
