About the Role

We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging HSE, ISO & Quality Management Tutor to deliver professional training to learners in Lagos. The ideal candidate should have the ability to simplify technical concepts, develop effective learning materials, and facilitate engaging training sessions.

Key Responsibilities

* Training Delivery: Facilitate courses in HSE, ISO Management Systems, Quality Management, Risk Assessment, Occupational Health & Safety, and related professional subjects.

* ISO Training: Deliver training on relevant ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as applicable.

* Practical Application: Use real-life industry examples, case studies, and practical scenarios to help learners understand and apply HSE, ISO, and quality management principles.


* Corporate Training: Support the delivery of customised HSE, ISO, and Quality Management training for organisations and their employees where applicable.

Requirements

* Minimum 2–4 years of practical experience in HSE, Quality Management, ISO Management Systems, or a related field.

* Experience in training, tutoring, facilitation, or professional development.

* Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001.

* Strong understanding of HSE principles, risk assessment, occupational safety, and quality management systems.

* Relevant professional certifications in HSE, ISO, Quality Management, or related disciplines will be an advantage.

* Strong presentation, communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both beginners and experienced professionals.
