@ invisible, if mpnu disclaim it publicly it wouldn't be the first time. In 2008 before justice Gladis Oluto of the federal high court uyo gave her 'kitchen judgement' btwn ccnl and mpnu. Mpnu were using the radio to counter claims, is this different?

@ the one, the invention was done here in nigeria due to high salinity, but before 1980 routine pipe coating was done and off shore drilling was not possible in nigeria. Nigeria as a nation is not using this paint and is not liable to payment of royalties, if at all it will be nnpc but it is a joint venture. @ mrmayor, this how mobil infringed on comandclem's patent right: after the agreement was reached between mpnu and king clement uwemedimo on a lasting solution to corrosion menace and more, in 1980 that king clement invented the formular to this menace of corrosion, he handed it over to the International Paint for West Africa (I.P.W.A) to produce the paint for mpnu, at that early stage mpnu recognised king clement as the owner of the invention and ordered it on king clement's approval, but later forgot about him and were ordering it through I.P.W.A. direcly, mpnu later took the paint and examined the CHEMICAL CONTENT in the paint and as mpnu knew the content mpnu left I.P.W.A. and were producing it not just for their use but supply it to others, , , in mpnu's defence in court they said 1. @ the man, pls let me correct one beleive u posted, the case is no more in court because its last judgement was delivered in the appeal court calabar on 2nd december, 2009. Now, who is more learned than the judges in matters in court: FEDERAL HIGH COURT, APPEAL COURT, and THE SUPREME COURT, are they not reputable court in our land? Every case has a jurisdiction it is competent to hear cases. As i said b4 comandclem do not know what i'm doing here and I am not interested in the money but what prof. Uwemedimo did, being recognised globally as reflected not just on the patent right certificate issuance by W.I.P.O. but the recognision he has received not just in Africa but beyond.

N/b: comandclem's anti corrosive special paint is globally recognised: I.P.O., W.I.P.O. all in London with the queen of England as the head has registered it with patent number.

@ invisible, suppose u entered into an agreement with someone to find a lasting solution to a particular problem on payment on which all u tried proved abortive u become desperate and this person u agreed solved ur problem(s), if what u agreed to pay will make u or ur company liquidate, u refuse to pay then the person u agreed on sue u to court and wins, to avoid being arrested for contempt of court, won't u device means of payment with the person u agreed on? Mpnu is an unlimited company, so they can sell the company, staff properties upto their pant in order to settle their indebtedness
