I have just moved into a mini flat in Lagos here within the first one year rent, I got a letter from the land stating that my house rent has been increased....I approached him to know why he told me that rice, beans and maintance etc that everything has added money...I asked him if I am the person who inflated the prices of things? I also asked him what maintances is he taking about when the house is still standing without any single maintances....he told me blank if you can't pay pack out! What do I do now? I need a matured advise please! |
