This is the situation in Enugu. There is water scarcity in Enugu to the extent that the residents don't do anything else but to hunt for water everyday from any available hole in the ground. Enugu is the worst and most backward town in southern Nigeria

If that's the worst places you can find in Enugu state, then it's another conclusion that Enugu is the most habitable place in Nigeria.
Enugu will never be as slum as these:
Lagos
Akure
Ibadan

Onitsha,
Akure,
Oshogh,
Port Harcourt

Enugu is an embarrassment as a state capital. Bad roads and filth. Should be the most backward because it has been in existence for over 100yrs even before Port Harcourt was created
