You are free to list whatever you want and twist however you want, fact remains that Amosun regardless of uncompleted projects he embarked, he remains the most productive and high achieving governor in the history of Ogun state, fats also remains that he delivered more more projects than all the governors before him and the current governors combined.

Uncompleted projects are for the incoming governors to pick up and complete so you really are not making any sense.
