It's not good to let lithium ion batteries drop that low before you charge because it makes it longer for the electrons inside the cell to move from one region to the other, more like putting them under stress. So it's best you charge at most when the battery gets to 30%

Yeah that's in the battery usage stats, android system is always at the top, although it takes about 10mins for a percent to drop on 4g. I don't know if this is normal or will optimize with time

your's is global QJWMIXM that IX stands for India which Xiaomi's major market. mine is QJWEUXM, EU shows that it's European Rom. Most persons say EU Rom is more efficient in terms of performance and power consumption though
