Depending on arrangements but under good arrangement it takes 1 to 2 weeks to procure and transport from bush to either Sagamu or Owerri.

The wood is usually cut into various dimensionsranging from
25cm×25cm to 45cm ×45cm by 7ft (200cm to 240cm) long.

Bigger logs command more market than smallerones. So it is advisable to go for big, straight (not bent ) and non-hollow logs.

The landing cost of a trailer from bush to either Sagamu or Owerri varries. Mostly, I do buy from either Taraba, Benue or Cross River state.
