The AA Ndakeni Lagos Movement has extended heartfelt Jummuat Mubarak greetings to the nation and the global Muslim community, praying for peace, unity, and renewed faith on this blessed day of worship.

In a solemn message, the Movement expressed deep sympathy over the recent bandit attacks in Kwara State. In Bokungi village, Edu Local Government Area, where farmers were kidnapped, with two tragically killed and two still held captive. Similarly, in Oke Isegun, Eruku, Ekiti Local Government Area, worshippers were abducted during a violent attack inside a church.

“Our thoughts and prayers are with the grieving families,” the statement read. “May Almighty Allah grant them strength, patience, and comfort in this time of sorrow. We also remember those still in captivity, praying for their safety, resilience, and swift return to their families.”

AA.NDAKENI MOV urged both the Kwara State Government and the Federal Government to put greater effort and dedication into tackling insecurity, stressing that Nigeria must reclaim its dignity. The Shonga community has been thrown into mourning following the death of Mallam Ibrahim Yatengi, a respected son of Shonga and a devoted servant of Edu Local Government Area.

In a heartfelt condolences statement issued through the AA Ndakeni Media Team and signed by Usman Protocol, Hon. Ahmed Abubakar Ndakeni expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Mall. Ibrahim Yatengi, describing it as a painful void for the people of Shonga and the wider Edu community.

In observance of the sacred day of Jummu’at, AA NDAKENI LAGOS MOV has issued a heartfelt message to Muslims across Lagos and beyond, calling for divine blessings, national relief, and global unity.

The movement, known for championing the interests of Nupe, cultural preservation within the Nupe community residents in Lagos and supporting Hon. Ahmed Abubakar Ndakeni, the Wazir of Shonga, emphasized the importance of collective prayer in times of economic and social uncertainty. In its Friday statement, AA NDAKENI LAGOS MOV offered prayers for all Nupe people residing in Lagos, asking Almighty Allah (SWT) to grant them peace, prosperity, and protection.
