For those saying OND have start receiving APL, what's ur evidence and source

dpr OND exams was written on the 18th July, 2017, two weeks before Graduate Trainees wrote their and some were contacted for their credetials few days after the exams

i think as their is no interview for OND, those contacted for the scan copies of their credetials are those to be considered by dpr
