Job Responsibilities

i. Inspect parts to specifications and make adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications

ii. Operate and maintain complicated factory machinery

iii. Maintain and monitor the machine to make sure it functions properly

iv. Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines

v. Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops

Job Duties/ Responsibilities/Accountabilities include but are not limited to:

• Daily reconciliation of all company’s accounts.

• Examining bank statements and reconciling them with general ledger entries

• Examining expenses submitted by employees

• Monitoring incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable

• Creating company financial reports

• Analyzing data collected in order to determine the state of the company’s financial health

• Analyzing data to understand where the company is generating and losing revenue

• Examining the proficiency of the software programs or methods used in organizing data

• Generating financial reports showing the company’s profits, equity, and cash flow

• Management of Company taxes

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Support month-end and year-end close process

Skill & requirements:

• Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles

• Awareness of business trends

• Experience with creating financial statements

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process

• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills

• Good understanding of accounting and reporting standards, gaining experience in researching as it relates to accounting issues

• Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study with a minim of 5 years equivalent work experience
