I m having a problem on my back bone, they said is a lumbar spondylosis as a result of disc burger ,on S1,L1,L2. The pain is becoming too much, it unbearable, 24hrs I m in pain both day and night.
I have gone to different hospitals, still no solution yet, only pain killers and opioid. The thing is getting worse day by day, I m highly depressed, someone should help me on what to do. I m gradually dying oooo.pls good people of nairaland should advised me pls.if anyone knows solution to this, let the person help me.

Omoh, as a PH nïgga that schools at the University of Uyo (just finished my final year exams), seeing relatable areas in my city, especially the Trans Amadi axis, being mentioned is nostalgic. One of the things I love about the story is the deviation from the conventional story setting of Lagos.

Please change your diet entirely, stop taking sugary stuffs, process food and alcohol. Drink plenty of water and eat more of fruits, veggies and natural food. Indulge in exercise and draw closer to God. Lastly make sure you take your hygiene seriously.

Note: sugary stuffs contributes to the growth of most infections.
