weighing the factors in this application. I am no satisfied that the applicant will depart Canada at the end of the period authorized for their stay

See below the reason while awaiting for the GCMS note:

"I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee"

This is easy to tackle, you just have to work on your home ties and let it be so clear in your application that your Home ties will be your major reason for your return back to your home country after your study in Canada..

Hi gurus, please I need your guide on my Canadian student visa application. I had a denial last year 2021. I want to give it a try again. @faithyyyy and others please advise ��. The reason for refusal was “family tie not sufficient to show I ll return back to home country”.
