Atleast I've not seen starving Ghanaians or Ghanaians killing each other or 70% Ghanaians living in slums.

Nairobi is definitely ahead of Accra. The only advantage they have is the whole of their country is suitable for farming with lots of rain and rivers and of course the artificial lake Volta that takes a big chunk of the country's total land area unlike Kenya that is 80% arid with about 60% of it having no permanent natural source of water causing people from those regions to be inevitably poor thus lowering the national average living standards.
