I am not a car dealer, just a guy that has helped a lot of families and friends purchase cars for personal use in Nigeria from the USA, and I believe with that kind of money you should be able to get between 2002 - 2005 Camry, Accord, RAV4, C-RV and possibly 2000 -2002 4Runner. These cars will cost you about $4000 - $9000 depending on mileage and condition; about $3000 - $4000 clearing and forwarding to your house. You may want to try it.
