Quote a verifiable and unbiased media company not one single individual that has taken a side in the conflict. Boko Haram released them just like they did to the Muslims among the Chibok girls right or other kidnapped victims.

Don't just accept every cock and bull story you read from the internet. You've got a brain to investigate not a dummy up there.

Quote a verifiable media or newspaper outlet in Nigeria.

Can you please reread what you wrote there?

The fact that I called the name of Jesus before committing say rape for instance does that means Jesus supports rape or I'm portraying his teachings?

Nextjs:
Crimes are committed for several reasons.

It could be for personal reasons, economic gains, tribal or religious reasons.

Have u taken ur time to watch videos of their attacks and who do they call? Allah ku agba. That's their shout.

Survivors often say they hear Allah ku agba then chaos set in

Again survivors often say they are asked to renounce their fate and accept Islam

I will keep saying it that you keep opening your mouth and exposing your ignorance.

I said Nikkah Mut'ah was abrogated not Nikkah. The Shiite you mentioned are a faction who are extreme in their understanding and interpretation of the Quran. So, when I mentioned the Muslim or Islam, I'm referring to Sunni Muslims.

I choose Islam because it conforms with humanity not the other way round.

If humans can sit, edit and rewrite a book acclaimed to be from God, then such God can't be all knowing.

The fact that Quran have not undergo any correction or any conference for editing, says a lot. All you need is to have a detailed knowledge of it before you utter a word regarding it which is so evident that you lack.

On the issue of the marriage between Aisha and Muhammed. I laughed and this clarify the reason why I said an argument with you is a waste of time.

I will point you to an article to clarify all the doubt you've got from an historical point of view.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child_marriage

That article will cure you of your ignorance on this issue.

Edojoma:
Nikka was never abrogated, shiite practice it... They are Muslims, are verses are valid, just because u chose humanity first doesn't mean others do, so u chose to practice d verses dat are comfortable with u, dats how other Muslims practice others dey deem comfortable with as well...

And u can't touch d problem, dats d difference with Christianity. Jesus came and ended all u quoted in d Bible, yet dere is no place dat categorically claim in Islam dat those verses are invalid. Cos u can't review or edit d quran, since it was revealed directly to Mohammed by allah...

If u have d guts to do so, den claim n say right now dat Mohammed marrying a 9yr old n sleeping with her at 12 is crap... Can u give out ur 9yr old daughter in marriagehuh

Say Mohammad at is wrong if u can, cos I no u exercise ur rational thinking as human, thus I believe u won't marry a 9yr old..

Just say right now dat wat Mohammad did was rubbish.... As a Muslim say it, u can't ...

I don't need to read beyond your first sentence to know the whole of your argument is not worth my time.

All religious practices must derive their legitimacy from the a sacred religion book they believe to be divine from which practices are established.

The fact that a lot of Nigerians all over the world are known for pushing drugs does not means it has a constitutional or moral backing in our society.

Secondly, we will rather advocate for the particular individuals be punished rather than stereotype a whole country for the crime of few.

Islam also advocate love in numerous texts which you and your biased media will intentionally ignore. Let me serve you some to educate you.

"None of you [truly] believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself," (Saheeh Bukhari)

"....whoever kills a soul unless for a soul or for corruption [done] in the land - it is as if he had slain mankind entirely. And whoever saves one - it is as if he had saved mankind entirely." Quran 5:23

I want you to note where it says "soul" and not "Muslim" because are souls are sacred before Allah and you only where necessary and with the backing of those in authorities.

Under Islamic law, those bandits and Boko Haram that claim to advocate for Shariah would be its first to be brought to book because their conduct is totally against the Shariah.

So you mean if I slap you now, you will turn the other cheek back to me?

Well, we both know how foolish that sounds.

Islam will tell you to take revenge and ensure you don't trespass. But if you forgiveness is the best option.

"If you punish, then punish with the like of that with which you were afflicted. But if you endure patiently, verily, it is better for the patient" Q42:40

The fact that few people choose to misinterpret the Qur'an to suit their whims and desires does not represent what Islam is.

I will also want you to know that most of the crimes happening in the name of Islam have political undertones. This has been well established by lot of American officials confessing live on camera to sponsoring terrorism.

Now give me those justifications, so we can both have a look at it.

I don't want to talk about the bible or the pastors or whatever.

Those things you listed there shows you lack understanding of what Islam is. I put it to you, What is Jihad and What is Shariah?

You just keep parroting whatever you heard online.

Do you know it part of Shariah to do good to your parents, establish family ties, be good to your neighbors and never consume each other's wealth unlawfully except in a lawful manner e.g trade?

And as for Nikkah Mut'ah, Sunni Muslims (i don't know if you will understand) are against it. It was once permissible but later abrogated.

There's nothing wrong with them only that you lack understanding of what it entails and rather than sit and learn from authentic sources, you choose to be blinded by your ignorance and desire to be woke.

That 90% you quoted now was from which source please? I'm educated and I don't entertain unsubstantiated proof. Quote a source to back it up and then you establish the accuracy of your source.

If you can't do that, I repeat you're better off putting down that lie you wrapped up there as a fact.

For each one of those claims you make, come up with the evidence as we Muslims back up our practices from the Qur'an. We don't take our practices from daddy GO or missioner or one founder.

You just displayed your ignorance once more. Surah means chapter and Tawbah means repentance. How does that correlate with the sword verse?

Those verses you quoted were taken out of context.

I will give you a brief context and I believe if you're sincere, you will understand but if you choose to be blinded by your hatred, then know all you spew there are lies.

Those verses were revealed to battles ongoing between the Muslims and the unbelievers then. After so much persecution, they were allowed to retaliate as found in the verse below:

"Permission [to fight] has been given to those who are being fought, because they were wronged. And indeed, Allah is competent to give them victory." Q22:39

For the last part, The verse was talking about Mahr (bridal dowry) not that definition you gave to it. This is the view I hold and other billions of muslims except for rare minority who have a distorted view of the Qur'an.

I won't dignify you with a response anymore because it shows you lack knowledge of what Islam entails. All you did was some copy and paste from some website some where. I'm better off ignoring you.

Edojoma:
Ur whole argument is void from d beginning, cos u don't even understand wat u r saying.. Religion is in practice not texts... Assuming Muslims are not killing people in Allah' s name, most people wouldn't know these verses exist, Islam in practice is a time bomb n not good for any society...

Mind u, d verses u quote from d old testament l, when Jesus came in d new testament, it all changed. It's no longer an eye for an eye, no longer d law of Moses, but just one

LOVE THY NEIGHBOR AS UR FATHER IN HEAVEN LOVED YOU...

TURN THE OTHE CHEEK WEN U ARE SLAPPED

NO GREATER LOVE A MAN HAS FOR HIS NEIGHBOR DAN TO LAY HIS LIFE DOWN FOR HIS NEIGHBOR....

That's y u don't see Christians go haywire like Muslims, cos there are no verses dat support killing, instead forgiveness...

That's y wen u c or hear a Christian or pastors commit atrocities, dey always say it's d devils work... But a Muslim will never say dat, cos dey have justification in d quran...

And a book (quran) dat is believed by muslims to be dictated by allah, directly to prophet Mohammad, n such it's content can't be altered, edited or revised, cos dey believe it's revealed by allah...

U c d problem now..

A religion dat believed in dat if someone leaves he should be killed, Jihad, sharia, nikka mutah(which I call prostitution), yizia, fatuas n all... U still here defending such in dis modern era....

A religion dat makes up 90% of terrorists in d world, yet u defend it.. a religion dat uphold itself above humanity, yet u believe it.. baba, u must be sick

A religion dat rapes, kill, behead, give out kids for marriage, makes women second class citizens, commits suicide, a religion believed to b above d constitution of any country dey reside... Dats madness

Surah At-Tawbah (9:5): Often referred to as the "Sword Verse," it states: "But once the Sacred Months have passed, kill the polytheists wherever you find them, capture them, besiege them, and lie in wait for them on every way.

Surah Al-Anfal (8:12): Describes divine intervention in battle: "I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. So strike [them] upon the necks and strike from them every fingertip."

Thanks be to God who says: "O Prophet, fight the infidels and the hypocrites and be harsh with them. Their abode is hell, and what an unfortunate fate ...

Surah An-Nisa 4:24
"So for whatever you enjoy (istamta'tum) of marriage from them, give them their due compensation as an obligation. And there is no blame upon you for what you mutually agree to beyond the obligation." (This is nikka mutah, temporary marriage in Islam,it can be for a hours, den u pay) Wats d difference with prostitution, cos both gets paid..

Let me end here.... If u wanna debate Islam, just let me know, so we arrange n bring facts from ur Quran n surah
PoliticsRe: On The Beheading Of 8 Soldiers by OAkanni001(m): 6:38pm On Jun 06
Let's point out your selective hypocrisy.

From the first verse you wrote. Did you read where it says kill them wherever they fight you. That alone should point out the context in which the verse was revealed.

Secondly, just like you decide to turn a blind eye, I will help you point out the obvious. It was stated explicitly that when "in battle".

So, safe to say that your hatred led you to reject critical reasoning for blackmail.

Now help me explain the below verses

1. Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass. 1 Samuel 15:3 KJV

2. 10-15 Before you attack a town that is far from your land, offer peace to the people who live there. If they surrender and open their town gates, they will become your slaves. But if they reject your offer of peace and try to fight, surround their town and attack. Then, after the Lord helps you capture it, kill all the men. Take the women and children as slaves and keep the livestock and everything else of value.

16 Whenever you capture towns in the land the Lord your God is giving you, be sure to kill all the people and animals. 17 He has commanded you to completely wipe out the Hittites, the Amorites, the Canaanites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites. 18 If you allow them to live, they will persuade you to worship their disgusting gods, and you will be unfaithful to the Lord. Deuteronomy 20

I think this is the best source of inspiration for bandits or what do you think?

Thanks so much for the enlightenment sir 🙏. This is an eye opener. In conclusion, the reward does not worth the risk.

webincomeplus:
Good afternoon, bro @OAkanni001.

Hmm. How do I even answer this question? OK. I'll provide the answer in short points.

1. Google has zero tolerance for blogs with AI-generated content. They'll kill the blog right from scratch. Even if it manages to escape their hammer by chance, that won't last long!

2. Other search engines like Bing are still quite friendly towards AI-generated content. But because those have a much smaller share of the search market than Google, getting decent traffic from them requires publishing hundreds to thousands of articles.

3. Google Adsense and other contextual ad networks have become stricter than ever when it comes to accepting new sites. Adsense particularly has gone crazier with their unclear requirements. Most others won't accept you if Adsense doesn't. And the likes of Journey by Mediavine never accept sites with AI content. Ezoic that used to be go-to alternative has now raised their minimum traffic requimement to 250,000 visits!

4. SEO-motivated blogging has taken a serious hit with the advent of AI overviews on search results. Your article can rank number 1 and still not get a single click because the AI overview has perfectly answered the user.

5. There might still be some hope, though. Google can still rank your new blog if you can write your articles manually with a lot of unique angles that aren't in other similar articles. If all you do is rewrite existing articles on the topic, Google can sniff that from a mile away! Also, if you can go into niches that AI cannot satisfactorily serve answers for, you'd be fine. But then, don't forget that Google updates can send you to the hospital. While Bing's traffic is far more stable, and their updates aren't as brutal, they'll yank your site off their index completely if they sense some foul play.

6. Summary, blogging in this AI era is like walking on egg shells after being warned not to break a single one!

Unbiased1:
The recent advancements in AI have made AI more expensive. AI agents now throttle even for paying customers. When AI writes code for you, it gets to the point where it stops (used up your session tokens) and tells you to wait for a few hours or even days before you can continue. AI is good, but it has gotten too expensive to rely fully on it. Your best bet is to learn to code, then merge your skills with AI for faster development.
ProgrammingRe: What Mobile App Are You Currently Building? by OAkanni001(m): 8:07pm On May 05
Thanks so much sir. But, which programming languages will you advise I focus on?

Cybaghost:
Go and learn programming from scratch. You soon won’t even be able to afford the ai. Before a $20 OpenAI subscription was enough for me to build 3 apps with codex but now I pay over $100 monthly for same amount of work. In the next 6months AI won’t be ready cheap and available as it used to be because the companies giving you the AI are running at a loss each time you use their service. This is why Claude code had introduced a lot of restrictions and rate limits.

Also without programming knowledge you won’t even be able to effectively build and manage a good product. AI is good for starting new projects not managing a project( you need programming knowledge to effectively use ai on an existing project else you break the project) with existing data and thousands of users.
ProgrammingRe: What Mobile App Are You Currently Building? by OAkanni001(m): 8:06pm On May 05

Revealpanda:
If you want to build a standard production ready software people would be willing to pay to use as a solo dev then you must learn software development the hard way.

Ai isn't even that good currently... We've been hearing Ai this Ai that, yet almost zero meaningful world class product built 100% by AI alone.... To be able to understand or debug whatever you've built with AI, u need to have some programming experience.

For now Ai is just a tool that makes the lives of people with development experience easier... As someone with experience, U can play around with it but building a world-class software u either need dev experience or a partnership with someone who does
ProgrammingRe: What Mobile App Are You Currently Building? by OAkanni001(m): 4:46pm On May 05
Please, I'm not a dev but my dream is to become a solo developer who build SaaS products. Do you think with the recent advancement in AI, I don't need a programming background? If No, what are the necessary things I need to know and how long will it takes?

I've asked AI similar question got response but I need to seek professional clarification.

My brother, suicide is not even the best option. This can be a blessing or a curse base on how you interpret the situation. My advice for you is to devote the two years to learning a skills highly related to your field of study or something you're passionate about and by the time the two years elapses, you might even be way ahead of your peers.

Concerning informing your parent or guidance, it depends on how strict they are. If you feel you're close enough, explain to them and tell them how you intend to turn things around. If you aren't close, look for a close relative who can explain to them.

All in all, I wish you well bro.

I will implement SHEE Agenda
S - Security
H - Health
E - Education
E - Energy

For security, I will better equip the security agencies, ensure their welfare and improve border security so they can effectively combat terrorism, banditry and Kidnapping. In addition, the Nigerian police force will be overhaul with state policing in place and the adoption of Civil defence as Federal Police (FEDPOL)

For health, I will ensure building health centers in all local government areas, improve health workers welfare and invest in their education to get updated on recent advancement in modern medicine while also building some specialist hospitals to combat medical tourism.

For Education, I will shift the learning system from theory to practical oriented, set up vocational schools, improve educators' welfare and encourage researches that will advance the interest of the country.

For Energy, I will start with working towards 24/7 electricity supply, investment in renewable energy and ensure better utilization of our raw material resources.

I think this will be a good ground for development and open the country for investment.

Is this achievable? Well, I can't really tell.

My advice to start with is to calculate the total amount your family needs to survive for a year. expenses like rent, school fees, transportation, feeding, health insurance and co. Add at least 20-30% of the total as buffer for inflation, emergencies and miscellaneous. Then divide by 12 which will give the monthly cost to sustain your family.

If the monthly cost is above your current salary, then you need to start considering ways to increase your side income either by upskilling in your current job like taking a certification that will enable you land a better paying offer or freelancing if the nature of your job permit so or running a side hustle or business.

Ignorant is a disease, why am I even replying you when you probably know nothing about crops farming.

A 10 days without rain can negatively influence expected outcome and put his farm or investment at risk. I have seen a whole hectare of maize farm being render almost unproductive as a result of prolong lack of rain during rainy season. To achive greater success in farming, it is better to be in total control of your fate than solely relies on nature that is subject to sudden change or uncertainty.

You will make much more profit if you used the money meant for 6 acres to irrigate just 2 acres with peace of mind. You can easily intercrop in irrigation land and still harvest bountifully well.
Just being curious, I'm a 400L student of agriculture following this thread and I will like to learn from you sir. What kind of irrigation works for open field like the one the OP has?
RomanceRe: If I Were Satan and I Wanted to Destroy Africa, Here’s Exactly What I’d Do by OAkanni001(m): 1:39pm On May 12, 2025
TheVillian:
@ iLegendd

Even in advanced countries, places like China and USA, people work on the farm and other people work with different sectors.

I don't get the ideology behind always condemning academic certification.

You people hype agriculture like it's the only thing that can give you a path to wealth.

Lemme tell you, one of the reasons India is poor today is because most of their citizens are farmers, they spend most of their time on the farm and agricultural produce is their main source of income.

Almost all the countries have embraced self-dependent agricultural practice, this is not the 20th century when one particular country is dependent on another for food.

Too much of harvest will paralyse the price of agriculture produce.

Everybody cannot be on the Farm.
Some people need to keep your money.
Some people need to fix your machines that you use on the same farm.

Some people need to supply the fertilizers that you use.

Some people need to study on the best climate and water level to ensure maximum harvest.

Some people need to provide good roads to transport produce to where they can be sold.

Shelter is man's basic need. Some people need to study how to build good structures. All these things require academic certifications.

This is not rocket science. When there is too much harvest in the market, the price of farm produce drops and that's a loss for the farmers.

Farming is not for everybody, the same way white collar job isn't for everybody.

From 2009 to the fall of 2015. The price of cassava dropped very woefully at the markets in Oyo State. Do you know why?
It was because prior to 2009, cassava was sold at high price and many people because of that went into cassava farming in large scale so much more that there was a sudden influx of harvest into the market and the price dropped.

What about pepper? In 2013 to early 2021. A 50kg salt sac full of pepper sometimes was sold at ₦200 in shasha market because there was too much harvest.

I've been into crop farming and fish farming.

A certain individual came to me for consultation on fish farming so I took him to my uncle because I wasn't making any production that period.

My uncle had been raising fishes for about 30 years now. And lemme tell you the truth, last year he went about looking for a white collar job.

Farming can give you a very huge kind of money that you never expected in your life in one year, and take back all the money and even run you into debt the next two years.

I'm not saying white collar job is better than Farming. I'm only saying everybody cannot be at the same place.

Agriculture will give plenty of food, yes of course. But it cannot sustain the economy. People will be well fed, but they will be poor.

Look at India and Mali where 80% depends their livelihood on agriculture yet they are considered poor both by global and regional standards.

If you wanted to destroy Africa it is very easy.
I agree with the religious tactics.
The other thing you can do is to sow a seed of greed into the heart of everyone and see how we'll wipe one another out in less than 10 years
I understand and really love you view point but at the same time, I want you to know that Ilegend point can also coexist with yours. Agriculture goes beyond feeding, most industries rely on agriculture. Do you realize most of Malaysia growth today due to its proceed from Oil palm.
