6 months travel history and a previous denial.
2 years visa.

Had a previous renewal refusal 2022 didn’t bother reapplying.
Reason for denial the tax clearance for company was not included the agent said no need.

Thanks to everyone, read and read page by page and just decided to try since circumstances had changed and l didn’t bother using an agent this time around.

Good day every one, please I am planning on visiting uk on tourist but the issue I am having is that the company I work for don't pay our salary direct they pay it to another organization to credit our account and the name of the organization appears on my statement of account instead of the company name I work for.The question is how can I show it or explain to the visa officer that is the company I work for paying the salary not the organization? ,pls I need your help and my salary is 999970 I hope it's enough for 8 days tourist with closing balance of 6.8m?

Sorry for the refusal. Yes you can use property sale deposited as lump sum. However, be ready to demonstrate the availability of the funds by making a school expenses either paying tuition or doing GIC. Also, it's important to note that you must be careful and package your sop to be detailed and convincing that you will return. That's where your economic and home ties comes in because selling an asset off to fund your education could be interpreted as you selling off your stuffs with no intention of leaving Canada especially if your economic ties are weak and you have no much other assets left after selling off one.

Order for Gcms notes. But before then, what exactly was the content of the sponsorship letter? Were they to cover the full sponsorship? What documents did the company submit? Did you submit your statement of acct, payslips etc? Was your statement of acct holding unexplained lump sums and were the funds there sufficient to cover your living expenses, Miscellaneous cost??

People should please becareful of the agent you use to handle your visa application, before you embark please try and make a solid agreement between you and the agent to share your UCI#, Application#, Client Application Summary with you after he submit your application.

If the agent can't comply with all these please run ooo, I have a friend in this mess now.

A friend of mine used an agent to apply a visa for him in 2019, after all the match he didn't know either he was denied or ban.

Now he want to apply for a New visa and he didn't know all the information the agent he used in 2019 filled for him, no idea of UCI#, Application #, and Client Application Summary.

My question is that if this person want to reapply now and in other to avoid misrepresentation ie filling his correct information this time around and contradict the one the agent filled for him in 2019, what the person can do to avoid misrepresentation ?

Please how can we go about this? Is there a way he can retrieve his client application summary the agent filled for him in 2019 without UCI# ?

Also how can we know if he was denied or ban at that time in 2019.
