In over 7 years of using Uber, I have never experienced this. But I see it quite often with different riders using inDrive. In fact, from my experience whenever there’s an issue between a driver and a rider, 9 out of 10 times, it seems to be from inDrive.

I have done about 500 rides on Uber and I have 400 5 star yet my worst rider experience was on Uber, twice.
