Tech prioritises PROVEN EXPERIENCE instead of cert, cert is only a strong thing if the company is looking to TRAIN you for the role, rumour has it they jump at BSc computer science from one certain northern Nigeria University like that and one certain global online University like that.
According to this rumour, they passed on Harvard CS graduates for Nigerian CS graduates from that University with a 2:2 👀
