Good morning @ObaCrew I will suggest that you take it easy and collate information slowly but surely. You seem to be in a hurry about the process and I don't think that is good.

Go through the thread, you will see those who have gone through TRA. If their comments and discussions do not answer your questions then you can mention or quote them to get clarifications.

Just my opinion 'this journey is not a sprint'.
Thank you so much. That's what I realised now. Thank you so much. I'm on the stuffs reading through now. I appreciate alot

I've been able to get to this point through TRA. And I can't do anything except if I register. Please which one do I need to register for. The I also read about EOI and I do not know which one comes first so as to forge ahead. I saw the portal on TRA now but I just don't want to submit things without proper information and guide. Please someone should put me through. I really need help.

Attached are the screen shots of what I got.

Good evening,

Nikkycool and Oba, i saw your email but couldn't respond.

please note i didn't assess with TRA because i could not gather all the document required so i opted for another occupation with vetassess.

I will advice you check TRA website to view their requirements .

@Nikky i wanted to ask you to nominate Customer Service Manager for NT instead of baker thus the reason i asked you to contact me.
@ uchenna, my occupation is with vet assess now. I've tried to send a mail to them to know the requirements. But please do you know the requirements for veassess.

[quote author=doyen06 post=61505330]Hi fellow Nairalanders, just a quick update. My family of 4 left Lagos on 14th for Dubai DXB airport and we had a 4 hours stop over. The ticket IOM sent us only had a stop over at Dubai but we were surprised To have another stop over at Bangkok, though a brief one. Emirate is excellent and their in flight entertainment system really helped in relieving the stress of the journey. After about 24 hours on the air, we safely arrived Sydney by 9am on the 16th of oct. We clear the customs easily and people here are so helpful, we got two stranger helped with out trolley and Sannywemmy was already waiting to pick us up. He's an excellent guy and so is his wife. Thanks to other members who kept tracking us on the air: ayaboyo, sir bellong, mctowel, bnimz, kikiade and my personal person @disectur. Special thanks to my landlord(Jamson) and Mrs Jamson for her hospitality, the efo and semo was very much on point. On the 17th of oct, Sannywemmy is around again to take us to centerlink and we complete our registrations. I'll give more update as we settle. [/quote

Thank God for you and yours

Hello Nikkycool,

You need transcript, apprenticeship contract, trade certificate and employment documents. Also they require your trade certificate to be government recognised institution not just any baker training certificate.

Go to their website and download the MSA booklet to help you. The assessment will take 90days bearing in mind that they won't contact you for more information as they assume you submitted everything you need.

Ask Mamajaz for my number if you need more info
Pls can I consider my OND certificate as a trade certificate since I'm picking bricklayer as profession and I had ND in building Tech. And what do u mean by employment document? For a bricklayer? And you also talked about apprenticeship contract, kindly elaborate

He has 12 years of building experience. Bricklaying is part of building experience. To build a house, you must lay bricks.
I can prove the experience over and over again. I started construction work from soil investigation to painting then painting to pile and raft foundation and then building constructions to finishing. And presently I have about 5 building project under my own personal coy.

Can he prove the experience?

Well, take it as option B, get the outcome of your wife's IELTS first and dilute the decision.

If IS no go, WAS will go.

As a student that needs to show a proof of about hanging 9 -10 million in bank account, he definitely may have the money to chase the 2.

I think this is cool though. I'm just thinking I can chase the two together
