5 years suspended sentence, meaning he spends 10months in prison, next 14 in house arrest and if he is found to be of good behaviour after this, he is acquitted.... That's the justice system, you're right until proven guilty beyond reasonable doubts.. I expect an appeal from the state(prosecutors) soon..

I wil giv diffrnt categories. Both optimistic and pestimistic. 1} some ppl wil wait @home 4 more dan 2yrz b4 getn MBBS,on getn it,erosion wuld carry dem 2 zoology/botany/agric,etc. Wen dey get to 200lvl or evn 300lvl. 2}some wil wait and wait afta getn it dey end up in jail afta injectn wrongly durin operation(surgery). Wot a waste..... 3}some wil wait and wait and get it @last and b successful wit it(that is DESTINY). On d otherhand doz dat had dream of studyn dier dream course;MBBS,but dint get it 4}e.g some1 dat later had to study microbiology/botany/zoology.etc...and end up workn in bank &later become a bank manager. 5}or ends up workn in Niser or IITA. Or becomin a Lecturer,just lyk we av dem nw 6}or ends up bn a business tycoon or a politician....et.c doe few may end up regretn doe and so on....... Recently i met a man hez 30yrz+ he finishd 4rm U.I Geology, he waitd 8yrz 4medicine b4 he realisd its nt his way,hez nt destined 4 it,nw hez workn in a company,practisn his field....... Anoda exampl is of AYOMIDE BOOKSHOP oppsite U.I 1st gate,some ppl should knw him. He studied Library studies,he nw ownz a schl,a renownd bkshop,etc....but LAW was his dream course, he went back to study it wen he was 50yrz+ afta givin birth 2al his pikin! Nw hez a barrister,he achievd his dream @last,wit wisdom &God's grace he achievd al he az witout law....... So there4 my ppl, it al depends on u alone. u knw wot is best 4u and wot u wnt 2b. D more some ppl stay @home,d more dey get dull(wit xperienc doe) wyl some get more xperiencd,intellegent and smart...it dependz on ppl around u,dat u live wit,if its ppl dat wil encourage u in al wayz,spiritualy,financialy,etc....den u cn wait but if tz ppl dat wil discourage u,add 2ur problem,abuse u day &nyt,wic wil affect u psychologicaly &mentaly,it beta 2get accept d alternativ course,u can rematriculate,or crossova if u ar serious &u stil wish2.... Lastly, wot of doz dat went to Colleges of education or polythechnics? Dnt dey achieve great & evn greater success in life? Of course dey do,..... lois25: it is a 2 year programme,buh most schools in nigeria do it in one year sha.u can use it abroad nd in nigeria and you enter 200 level straight.I fink all skuls in nigeria accept it.its quite expensive and the price depends on the schools you do it.at the end of the year you write the exam and dats all
