Indy hall students still awaiting approval even since last week, stay calm.

it is now official; i have paid my school fees today. alot of people paying all sort of fees today. guys stop waiting for confirmation just go to any of the designated banks an pay a fee; in short pay any fee! the amount of people i saw on queue today is overwhelming. pls don't sit on a long thing oooooo! just my opinion though.

Before You Apply for Hall
Application Requirements
1. Kindly ensure that the references you are providing are same as the ones you presented during your admission clearance
2. Ensure that a copy of the same reference letter you submitted during your admission clearance is given to your warden before a room will be approved
3. Ensure that the accommodation is paid exactly 72hours after you have been assigned a room otherwise the room will be re-assigned to another candidate.
4. No room will be given to any student without accommodation payment levy receipt presented to the hall warden

School fees schedule is nt yet out, no information about it for now. Hostel accommodation is a choice, those dt won't apply won't be given accommodation.

I'm only sure from a reliable source dt business admin can't b used for any course as DE in UI, BT for BFN, no Idea abt being used for Econs. Sum1 may av reliable info 4 dt

You're advised to do d chest x-ray before the medical screening starts on 23rd march. It cost #1200 in UI. It should be done in any of these four centres only(listed below).

The designated X-ray Centres are:
X-RAY CENTRES
1 Komis X-ray Centre, Total Garden Area, Ibadan beside NMA House
2 Metro X-ray Centre, 2nd building beside Alleluiah Petrol Station just beside Sango Garage
3 University College Hospital (UCH), Ibadan
4 Ultrarad X-ray Centre, University Health Service, University of Ibadan

PROCEDURE FOR THE 2014/2015 SCREENING EXERCISE
Newly admitted students of the University of Ibadan for the 2014/2015 Academic Session should note the procedures involved with the yearly students screening exercise and adhere strictly to them. These include:
1. Download Student Medical Examination Form from the Internet and complete it.
2. Chest Xray with a Radiologist’s report duly stamped and signed by a Radiologist MUST be done before the commencement of the screening exercise from the approved X-ray Centres.
3. Report at the approved Screening Centres for Screening and Registration with the completed medical examination form, Chest X-ray with a radiologist’s report.

B) COMMENCEMENT OF SCREENING
STUDENTS MEDICAL SCREENING FOR THE
2014/2015 SESSION.
The 2014/2015 Students Medical Screening for
the newly admitted students of the University of
Ibadan will tentatively run from 23rd March 2015
and end 3rd of April 2015 from 9am to 2pm daily.
The new intakes are to have their Chest X-rays
done at the APPROVED X-RAY CENTRES before
the commencement of the screening exercise.
They are to report at the DESIGNATED VENUES for screening with their Cest X-rays and the Student Medical Examination Form which has been downloaded from he Internet.
The designated venues for the screening
exercise are:
VENUE: University Ibadan Health Service, University of Ibadan.
FACULTY: Agriculture and Forestry Basic, Medical Sciences, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine.
VENUE: New Hall Sports Complex along Obafemi Awolowo Hall
FACULTY: Science, Technology.
VENUE: Womens’ Law Clinic, Faculty of Law
FACULTY: Law, Social Sciences.
VENUE: Youth Friendly Centre along Technology Road FACULTY: Education, Arts.

NOTE: Students from Faculties of Agric, Basic Medical Sciences, Pharmacy and Veterinary Medicine to be screened at the University Health Service are to visit the ABADINA HEALTH POST beside the Diamond FM Station first for their height, weight and blood pressure measurements before presenting at the University Health Service for review by the doctors and data capture.

Nt really abt luck, O level & A level/ND/HND/BSC results were computed for cutoff points. Check page 4 & see how it's been done. The higher d marks, d higher ur chances.

Buy a file wt 2tags @#40 in UI bookshop or #100 frm individuals. Attach(staple) a passport @d front page of d file & d other 9sud attached to d first page of d file. Write ur name,address, reg no,faculty, dept, sex, tel no @ d front page of d file.
ARRANGE YOUR DOCUMENTS IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER
1. D first part of JAMB 003(U know it's two leaves)
2. Undertaking form and photocopy(u'll submit both)
3. Original and 4 photocopies of '0' level/'A' level results
4. Original and 4 copies of d UTME result slip
5. Admission Acceptance form and 4 copies
6. Original and 4 copies of the Institution's copy of JAMB admission letter
7. 4 copies of the candidate's copy of d JAMB admission letter
8. The biodata form and 4 copies
9. 4 Copies each of the Bank tellers of d payment of #3,000 and #20,000
10. Original and 4 photocopies of Birth Certificate or sworn declaration of age
11. Two letters of reference and 2 copies of each
12. 4 copies of d invitation letter
13. The 2nd leaf of d JAMB 003 form
*No JAMB form 02 and no medical form is needed for nw.
Arrange them in ur file.
After ur documents av been checked thoroughly, u'll be cleared & given a 'NOTICE TO PAY'(d amount is not specified) and
that's all. Skip d jamb rslt & invitation letter to d next document as de candidates doesn't have. Come very early so as to be attended to in few mins.
