Todays waka. Did 13k steps normally and 7k steps playing football. Simple adjustments like parking 15 mins walk from work, going on 45 mins walk on lunch and using 30 mins incline walk on treadmill as my warm up for football.

Do you have any idea what it takes to actually settle down after you move to the US, worsestill, if you are on your own? You are saying 1 year? People applied to work as doctors for the state health service and someone in the recruitment department used some of application letters to balance his table. Some other application letters were found hidden in a corner under the office rug.
