I think this was what that female musician was trying to sell yesterday; That Tinubu and Shettima are working tirelessly.

izzou: The way Raumdeuter is typing, you would think it's Igbos only that are dragging Adeboye.
The guy who released a video saying he won't attend RCCG because Adeboye refused to protest, is Yoruba. Infact, he spoke in Yoruba.
The same way he said made it look like Igbos were covering Chief Priest and Obi Cubana, but bullied Eniola Badmus and Seyi Law.
Chief Priest lost Primaries and I don't think anyone mocked him like his people. Even Obi Cubana has deleted all City Boy pictures from his page.
Anytime people ask for a little accountability, you begin to bring weird comparison to defend your anointed.
I am happy that Nigerians are beginning to wonder why Adeboye won't speak. I have been saying it years before now, that this man will never condemn any shit this government throws. My friend here that nothing concern with politics posted pray for Nigeria, one Tinubu hardcore fan like Dayo started saying also pray for the people inciting insecurity to discredit this administration. Worse thing to do is to argue with political fanatics… You can never understand why they defend what’s wrong. |

Nearly 60m a year to buy only weed. He never add food, housing, alcohol, clothes, travel, paying his staff, living lavishly, and OS billing abbl.
How much e dey make yearly? I doubt the figures but weed smokers spend a lot. I had this guy back then that took all my cash for bank transfer cos he kept buying. Dude was spending 50-100$ at once on weed and looking at his life now after, doesn’t look like he’s doing well. |

Hard steering ,maybe because it's coming from someone that have been driving sedans for a while now and some CUVs.
Large turning space and poor manoeuvrability,Hilux no follow you manage space oo,you go reverse tire.
Sturdy suspension, you no dey feel anything.
Slow truck, crawls its way up to 170kph and stays there, sucks!
And I get free service for 20,000km or one year whichever comes first from the dealership at no cost.
Car came at 677km
Expensive purchase no doubt but worth it. This is their newest version

Ibime: Hoka Bondi and Clifton are good for walking especially if you have had foot issues like Plantar Fascitis. They are also good for gym work, standing all day and easy long runs. This applies to Bondi 6 to 9 and Clifton 7 to 10. Foam technology has moved on to more comfortable specs from the earlier version.
But if you want the option to pick up the pace on your running, I would choose different options as there are better foam technologies than Hoka. Puma Velocity Nitro 4 or Puma Magmax have better foam technology and any Adidas with Lightstrike pro foam is better for running - these are Adizero EVO SL and the Adistar 3 and 4 and Adizero Boston 13 onward. However aways order half size up on Adidas as they pinch the toe due to narrow toebox. Adizero EVO SL is the best Western brand for running but is not good for standing or walking as stability can be an issue.
In summary, if you want to use it for walking as well, you can't go wrong with Hoka, Asics or Brooks premium ranges or the Pumas I mentioned, but if you want to focus on running, the Adidas, Pumas or Asics are best. Nike also has the Vomero 18 or Vomero Plus which do both well although slightly heavy.
However if you have access to buy Chinese brands, I would look at them first. They do all the above at 50-60% of the price. Chinese alternatives to the Hoka Bondi or Clifton are the Golden Camel Flying Bird, Qiaodan LH Max, Li ning Yeuying 5 pro, Anta PG7 version 2 or the Qiaodan TG1.0
For running, best Chinese shoes are the Dynafish Xiaonan and the Li ning Red Hare 9 Ultra. These are actually better than all Western brands for running except the ASICS Megablast which is too expensive. If you are on budget, you can also get the Li Ning Red Hare 8 pro, it will do a good job but not better than the Puma Velocity Nitro 4 on the Western side.
Best running shoes Western :
1. Asics Megablast 2. Adizero EVO SL 3. Puma Velocity Nitro 4
Best running shoes Chinese
1. Dynafish Xiaonan 2. Li Ning Red Hare 9 Ultra
For walking and slower paces, the Hokas are great though. Spot on… Hoka is a good running shoe. I’m currently on new balance and I definitely recommend.

Roland17: The past month has been an incredibly difficult period for me and my family. Nigeria happened to a beloved and close member of the family and this one hit really hard.
I am still struggling to reconcile the harsh reality that she is gone. Imagine speaking over the phone with someone one day after something that brought extreme joy to the entire family and 2 days later the person is gone. The entire family is devasted and the pain no be here.
A very big thanks to everyone who reached out, I no fit mention everybody, including those who left mentions on the forum, I am really grateful. Once again, death puts a lot of things in perspective for me. Life is too short, do the best you can and find happiness in little things.
