My wife gave our second son N5,000 for sport's uniform. He lost 3K before he even left the house. We later found the money but he did not know. His mother threatened that she can not replace the money for him, so he will not be wearing the uniform on sports day. My son did not beg o. Either because he feels his mother can not carry out that threat or because he does not know that he has done something wrong. I guess we have not taught them the value of money well enough.

I told him that I can afford to give him some money but he has to wash the car tyres in the house for one week. He started crying o saying he doesn't want to wash tyres. I am even scared to tell him I meant tyres of ALL the cars in the house. I think we have overprotected these kids and it's scaring me. Although he is just 8, I've shown him boys that are his size doing all sort of hard chores plus some of them hawking by the road side. This one is here crying that he doesnot want to wash car tyres. I think they have all the comfort that we can afford and I think it is turning against us.

Please where can I get Bahamian Visa (Visa to the Bahamas) from Nigeria? One dcoument I checked from a Bahamian website and it says I should apply at the nearest UK Embassy/Consulate. Is this true? Does anyone have any information for me?.
