Reduction in south of school drop out was because the mother's in south are hardworking, today, it is those mother's that are responsible in sending their children to school.some father's are responsible in sending children to school but few of them, in the northern part, mother's are not allow to work,the mother's are not allow to come out, therefore the father's probability of sending most of their children to school will reduce and drop out will have to increase.
