Politics / Re: Cascade Of Events That Will Happen Should Igbos Or Obi Join The Protest by obama30: 2:51pm On Jul 31 |
pazienza: you just post nonsense, all this you post is not what makes igbos not to participate in the protest. The only thing that makes Igbos not to take part is because Igbos saw that Tinubu didn't have anything to offer to Nigeria if he eventually became president and that is the reason many Igbos did not vote for him. Aprt that you set a trap for some one. When someone does what he is expected to do, what will you do? you go in and sleep because that is what you expected. you can get upset when it is the other way round. 1 Like |
Politics / Dangote Refinery With The Same Dangote Monopoly. by obama30: 1:34pm On Jul 31 |
Monopoly is the only thing causing problems between Dangote and NNPC, If the federal government and Dangote want best for Nigerians they will follow the same measure used in the Electricity section. IPP produces and supplies to private distributors, from distributors to the government, then governments supply to the masses. What will happen if the federal government is in charge of crude supplied to Dangote refinery, even if it is 1 million barrels or 650K barrels every day, all the refinery knows is that they are getting their daily supply from FGN whether they get it from Nigeria or heaven is not their concern. And if it comes out that the refinery management knows where to get the oil cheaper than Nigeria when Nigeria crude is not available, they will inform the government department in charge of supplying them, so the government can get it cheaper and also supply them with a discount. On the other hand after refining the oil, FGN through NNPC buys the refined oil and continues to supply to the both local and international market as they are doing already. This process cannot stop the refinery from making their money. Because after oil is refined, other things are still coming out which also add big money to the refinery pocket. Depending on their agreements the refinery doesn't need to pay money to the supplier before getting the crude because the refined crude will be supplied back to the same government sector while the government sector pays little money to the refinery, this little amount is added as the refinery selling price to the government. This small amount can runs into billions of naira, for example that governments supply 1 million barrels at price of N750 per barrel, know it that 150 liters make 1 barrels of crude oil, let it be that the refinery supply back to the government at 400 naira per a litter, after the calculation the refinery will still make big profit, oil can be measure per barrels when selling from crude but cannot supply per barrels after refined. This will save Dangote from headache and also save Nigerians petroleum marketers and Nigerians from the Dangote monopoly which is all his struggling to gain ground to start doing through the refinery. If the federal government can do it in the electricity sector why not apply the same to individual refineries? or the owners now above the law that their investment cannot pass through rules without monopoly that will suffer Nigerians. If handling the individual refinery is a big issue to the government, why can't the same government quit from handling electricity so that independent power producers can sell their generated electricity to the masses at the same cheap rate they supply to the government and make their money too. |

fergie001: And some people hoping for this type of man president tomorrow to give Nigerians a better life, cannot compare him for anything good toward the masses always talking without manners. Yes the power and money belongs to them but I don't want to have anything good or bad to do with people that talk like him. I wish him good luck in his political career. |
Crime / Re: Simon Ekpa Claims Responsibility For Killing Of Four Police Officers In Imo by obama30: 12:18pm On Jul 31 |
Hamilton1: prove your accusation and how he is involved, not comments which every one posts his own. When you prove how he is involved, the UN will help you to bring him back. But for now continue using Nigerians' system of accusation and evidence that works only in Nigeria why the man in question laughs at your backwardness of evidence. |
Politics / Why Is Everyone Warning Igbos Not To Join the Proteste? by obama30: 12:05pm On Jul 31 |
Why is everyone warning Igbos not to join the proteste? Igbos are not need to warn not to join the protest because the protest is about masses registering their disappointment and anger to let the present administration know that the administrator failed those that believed in them. The majority of Igbos never believed that Tinubu had anything to offer Nigerians that is the reason they never voted for him to become president. Instead what they expected from him is what is doing, they expect that he will fail Nigeria and that is exactly what is going on. If I may ask what are Igbos going to protest for? when what they expect of him is at present. Igbos may protest if they expect good from him and vote for him but here the case is different. Please those that are warning Igbos not to join the protest should use their time for others things because the Igbos are not fools. 2 Likes |

TopNotchTrends: If it happens at East and it concerns IPOB or ESN all Nigeria forces will be on ground to fight separatist. But when it concerns intentionally allowed gun wielding terrorists of Fulanis, Nigerians will coat them bandit and untouchable with excuses. What happens to all war jets that governments bought? How many hours will it take the air military to reach there and kill the terrorists that block roads in day time? their weapon is now higher than all the ammunition in the barack? yet the government is fighting ESN that fight the criminals. |
Politics / Re: On Judgment Day, God Will Not Punish Nigerian Entrepreneurs - Aliko Dangote by obama30: 2:24pm On Jul 24 |
Gistmedia10: What exactly does he cry for? Past government invested Nigeria money into the refinery, which turned back to Nigerians with hardship. You gave the excuse that nigeria crud cannot be refined in your company because your machine can only refine south Americans crud, yet the government believed you. You import the crud refined and export to Europe with gods know profit margin yet the government keeps silent. You set a procedure for the Nigerian oil market to buy your product. They boycut you and continue their refine oil importation as usual, you released a fake news that they import substandard oil and they react and you start crying because what you want to archive from fake infor fails. You cannot always have your monopoly way. you open a business which also is a public liability company in nature. why can't you source your raw material without involving government and without monopoly means and also seek for petroniers without monopoly and government help. You once said petrol price will be 1200 naira when your own will be available in the market. So one of your wishes is to suffer the masses. your business system is suffering Nigerian; 1 Like |

WeddingParol: soludo has experience in which area? all the places he work was already established before he join. he never create or established any business and nurse it to successful level. Yes he invest his money wisely in financial institutions that is already established. But that is not creating of business and nurse it to grow. sometimes Nigerians politicians believed that running government has nothing to do with business, but its also a business that need good management in every area. Even Uba as a business man will still fail the people because it takes person that have people in his heart to govern very well. |
