SmartPolician: Oga, you are not making any sense.
The TUC asked simple questions: where was the money saved and how much do you have there?
They didn't ask for a lengthy sermon.
Why are simple things difficult for you people to understand?
Unfortunately, you are just a foot soldier and cannot answer the question. Your role is just to defend absurdly. Listen to yourself again, you said they only asked the government where is the money. You want the government to answer that foolish question? The president has already said the country has now saved one trillion naira, what else do you want? The truth is, they want their demands met which is not possible without reviewing the budget. So? |

After all, obidients Messiah didn't do anything in Anambra state for 8 years.
He claimed to have saved the money in the bank which he has interest and invested the rest in Hero Beer which later worth next to nothing.

Wait for supplementary budget.
Let's not deceive ourselves, the government is now richer than before but no expenses can be made outside the budget.
In the lieu of the above, I implore every sane Nigerians to be patient and only criticise when the budget is not well implemented.
Moreover, everyone is not a member of both TUC and NLC, what happens to ordinary people on the street if only your demands are met?
I call on the president and the national assembly to FasTrack the passage of the supplementary budget into law.
But the TUC and NLC should not bully the president to act only on their damand without due process being followed.
If I were the president, I will dare you to go on your so called indefinite strike, I will start by not paying your salaries for this month and get you sacked with your replacements waiting on the wing.

PoliticalUpdate: Today is Monday, and our CSU President awaits his fate. I like to think of him as the CSU President and not an alumni, or how else will a school be willing to go down the drain for a corrupt politician. It is visible to the blind that the School is aware that the certificates he is parading are fakes hence they refused to swear under oath - learning from the masters of technicalities. However, he has them in his pocket and also the school is not a saint and will be blackmailed by Tinubu's lawyers.
Let me tell you first hand, this case will be re-appealed at another higher court tomorrow. The Judge will give them another 48 hours to get the details out.
I thought they said that elections are over, so why is Oga still trying desperately to keep his results, I thought he swore to be accountable? Let me tell you why!
The Supreme court can't void some of their past rulings; because it will be too obvious, especially when the decisions were made by the current judges. They are going to rule for a Rerun with Atiku, and try to exclude Obi from the ballot - this is what the whole PEPT was about - creating a precedence for Rerun. Atiku is aware that is why for the first time he is staying to push as though it is election time. What I don't know is how they will exclude Obi and still have everyone calm. As it stands, I had said this earlier that this was Tinubu's endgame. He removed subsidy to appease Nigerians and has been trying desperately to Create a narrative of success against his RERUN, but it seems like "cracking an rock with one's palm."
Tinubu's popularity of today will not earn him 5% on the Ballot Box. He will lose out, so he has been reclaiming all he spent in the last 100 days with the many Economic scams. I feel for his supporters. You are a big fool. That's my only contribution to your biased and bittered created thread. |

On a more serious note, to those criticising the judgment because APC was declared the winner, should the tribunal ignore the evidence presented by the APC?
If Obi and or Atiku had this type of evidence against the president at the pept, would you have maintained your hypocritical stand?
Elections are not won by sentiments in court. Arm yourself with irrefutable evidences and they will have no choice than to agree with you. |

This is serious...
However, let us take a look at it from another angle.
Nigeria is certainly not the poorest country in the world by any metrics you want to use to measure the country's economic woes.
Then again, why is the naira one of the weakest currencies in the world?
There is no way you will tell me that Mauritania's ougiya is more stronger than the naira. No way.
Definitely, Nigeria has more vibrant economy than our francophone neighbors, why is naira weaker than their joint currency?
We certainly produce and export than all of this countries.
Take a look at it from a similar angle again, things are way cheaper here when priced with naira but costlier when priced with the dollars compared to those countries.
Could it be Western dictates to keep us a struggling nation?
The other answer is that we have more economic saboteurs in Nigeria than any country on the planet.
Bunch of unpatriotic wannabes.
I call on the government to deal with them and take back our country from the never do well crooks. |

Agreed with PDP on this.
Mr Rotimi Akeredolu should be advised to attend to his Ill health and live a normal life out of microscopic eyes of the media.
Personally, I don't just like him as the governor, I love him.
He's one of the best governor in the country at this time but you can't cheat nature and can't serve two masters at a time.
If he feels he's healthy enough to continue, let him come back home, if otherwise, he should resign.
But his deputy should be careful, never outshine the master. |
