I made payments to him in February, towards the ending of march I realised I have not gotten 1 follower, I messaged him and asked for a refund... he initially said he wasn't going to refund me but later agreed to refund me. he asked me to drop my account number for refund. I dropped my account number for refunds and till date he hasn't refunded me neither have I gotten the followers, he blocked me on social media. kindly avoid doing business with this fellow as he is a thief and a fraudster.
