This is the first one am very sure of. The entire road was reconstructed to be a Dual Carriage road from start to finish by obasanjo pdp govt. It was done by Julius Berger and is still in good condition till today.

Raising Taxes is a slippery slope for any right thinking government. There are many other ways to fund the budget. Govt has to think out of the box. Let them start from reducing recurrent expenditure in Federal budget.
