Maybe he didn't buy from the official store.
Also another reason for high price is if item is not described as a gift. I live in ibadan and paid #300 at UI post office to get my phone collected.

She became popular after she said she wrote "like dat" for davido. So davido deserves some accolades on her success

Teni became popular with the song "Fargin" that was way before she went back to school to finish her degree.

It download wallpaper automatically. You should have off the data usage of the app. That is what I did and am currently enjoying it with myIOS keyboard courtesy of Cheetah Keyboard.

It's a very good phone for the price, the only downside is the charger, mine got burnt yesterday even while on stabilizer where my freezer is plugged too.

Pre-sales means before sales like you have explained but the Umidigi A3 pro has passed the presale level but was still sold at that price. That doesn't mean there will be a delay in shipment, just like those that ordered the A3 after 11/11 some of them have got theres even before we that did. Go the A3 page there is still the presale button there. I hope you understand my explanation
